I am studying for MCPD, so I thought AppDev is the way to go. So far I've been going through their Asp.Net courses - they are OK.

There are two presenters: Ken Getz and Andy Baron. So, it's Andy who "inspired" this post because he ... is ... so ... God ... forbid ... s .. - .. l .. - .. o .. - .. w !!!!

You can listen to his lecture for a day!

However, don't despair, if you bought AppDev courses and have to put up with Andy Baron dragging, because there's a solution:
  1. Buy and install AppDev course on your PC
  2. Make you have the AppDev Lisence utility
  3. Register he course using the Utility
  4. Open Windows Media Player
  5. Open a file from from the CD root\media directory with Windows Media player
  6. In the Media Player change the the Player Speed via Enhancements -> Play Speed Settings I usually set Andy's lectures to 1.3 or 1.4
